Workshop: Micro Shifts for Change

This workshop is offered Monday, Nov. 4, the day before the regular conference.  Registration details here.

It may seem paradoxical that tiny shifts result in big changes. But that is the case. Many big problems cannot be tackled head on. They only way to make progress is to work obliquely, understanding what holds the current pattern in place, identifying what you can influence, and working in tiny steps. In this workshop, you will work on an issue that you want to change in your own organization. We’ll look at what is, what might be, and how you can create the conditions for a better pattern. I’ll share the methods and tools that I have used in many organizations to move in a better direction without engendering unnecessary “change resistance.” Each participant will receive a copy of my new book 7 Rules for Positive, Productive Change: Micro Shifts, Macro Results.
