Lean Agile KC began in 2015, founded by Troy Tuttle as a community-run event to give back to Kansas City's lean and agile practitioners, and it wouldn't have happened without the work of the organizers and volunteers. It received a warm welcome — every single year sold out.
The event grew from a single day to a two-day format by 2018, adding deep-dive workshops and short "Spark" talks alongside its signature Open KC unconference track, where attendees proposed and led their own sessions.
This site preserves the talks and speakers from those six years for the community. LAKC also partnered with Giving the Basics, a local charity providing hygiene essentials to families in need across the KC area.
